Terms

1. The service

The service is currently free and may change or pause. There is no entitlement to uninterrupted uptime or particular unlocks. Noosic is independent of Apple Inc. and Google LLC.

Optional Supporter subscriptions (via Paddle) are for in-app cosmetics only — not music, catalog, or playback. Billing and cancellation run through Paddle’s checkout and customer portal.

2. Account

You need a valid email and must be at least 16. Handles stay once chosen. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts or hide content that breaks these terms.

3. Apple Music

Connecting Apple Music is optional for browsing — search, album rooms, discussions, and your shelf work without a link. Connecting unlocks in-app playback, library sync, and listening-based room progress on your account.

We store your Music User Token encrypted and call only what we need for sync, catalog, and playback you start. Disconnect in Settings. Apple’s own terms apply to Apple Music.

4. Your content

Discussions, moments, room layout, gifts, and profile text remain yours. You grant Noosic a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, and generate previews (such as room stills) as needed to run the service. Illegal, hateful, harassing, or spammy content is not allowed. See the Community Guidelines.

5. Visibility

Rooms and profiles can be public or private. Public rooms may be visited and, where indexable, found by search engines. Private rooms are not meant for Discover.

6. Reports and moderation

Use the report button. Staff may hide or remove content and limit accounts. There is no right to restore deleted posts.

7. Liability

Noosic is fully liable for intent, gross negligence, product-liability claims, and injury to life, body, or health. For slight negligence we are liable only for breach of essential contractual duties, limited to typical foreseeable damage. For a free service we do not guarantee availability or against data loss beyond what the law requires.

8. Ending the account

Delete your account in Settings. We anonymise the profile, block sign-in, and remove Apple Music connection and listening sync data. We may discontinue the service. These terms continue as needed to wind things down after deletion.

9. Law

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence remain. Questions: info@noosic.com.
