Supporter

Noosic Supporter: more for your shelf, your profile and your room.

Supporter is Noosic's optional subscription. It adds two extra shelf rows, five badge spots, your own profile colour, items for your room and your character, a garden next to your room, and a record award next to your name.

Noosic itself stays free for everyone, without ads, and what you listen to is never sold. The subscription pays for the servers, e-mail and new features.

A garden for your room

A strip of garden right next to your room: lawn, paths, hedges, trees, a fire pit and lanterns that light up at night. It's yours to plant for as long as you're a Supporter. If you take a break, it stays just as you left it.

3 rooms, one of them out

Try a new look without losing the one you have: keep whole rooms side by side and switch whenever you like. If you take a break, the room that's out stays yours to edit, and the others wait, saved, until you're back.

What stays with you

Room pieces you've unlocked, the character pieces you've earned and your paid months stay yours, even if you stop. Your saved rooms stay saved, and the one that's out stays yours to edit. Your record award stays too, resting (matte) and marked as former.

What pauses

The extra shelf rows, your profile colour, the extra badge spots, editing your garden and switching between saved rooms pause when a subscription ends. Nothing is deleted, so it's all back the moment you return.

Where the money goes

Servers, e-mail and the time to keep building Noosic. There are no ads, and what you listen to is never sold.

What stays the same for everyone

Music, talks, clubs and your room work the same for everyone. Supporter adds no audio features and takes nothing away from anyone who doesn't pay.

Before you decide

How do I cancel?

Any time: in Settings under Account, or with Cancel subscription at the bottom of every page. Your subscription runs to the end of the period you've paid for, then stops.

Who handles the payment?

Creem, our reseller, runs the checkout as merchant of record and sends your invoice. Your payment details never reach us, which is why Creem's name appears on your statement.

Is VAT included?

Yes. The price you see is the price you pay, with VAT for your country included.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds go through Creem under their buyer terms, and your statutory right of withdrawal applies. If something went wrong, write to us at info@noosic.com and we'll help. The details are in the terms.

Monthly or yearly?

You get the same features. A yearly subscription is billed once a year and counts as twelve months towards your record award and character pieces straight away.
